Log Book Round Up

Leslie and I have been boating for a number of years now and I record pretty much all of our data. I finally got around to updating my electronic logbook from 2015 and the numbers are in.
To date Leslie and I have:
- logged 2967.5 nm (5492 km). That’s about the distance from Edmonton to the Dominican Republic
- been cruising a total of 163 days
- been as far south as the Strait of Juan (48°18’11.3″N 123°33’39.8″W)
- been as far north as Bull Harbour, Hope Island (50°55’05.3″N 127°56’07.8″W)
- been as far west as 10 km off Cape Scott int eh Pacific Ocean (50°42’19.6″N 128°34’19.8″W)
- and been as far east as Point Roberts (48°58’37.1″N 123°03’50.2″W)
In 2015 we managed 1678.15 nm (3107.9 km) and 97 days of cruising (not including our liveaboard time in Victoria). We hope to match that in 2016 before we have go home but it’s unlikely unless we take off in March.
But here’s hoping…
