The Service Employees International Union, considered the most influential union in the nation, has notified the union that represents about 220 of the SEIU’s national field staff members and organizers that it is laying off 75 of the employees.

Unions have outlived their usefulness. They are more “the man” then the damn man is. It’s time to think productivity and not personal gain or cover-my-ass. Frickin’ professional associations, trade unions and the like have done more for creating a have vs. have not society than the damn elite classes…
