But it&#8217;s <del>still my favourite<\/del>* pizza dough recipe!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1 cup warm water<br \/>\n2 Tbs honey<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 Tbs sugar<br \/>\npackage of yeast<br \/>\n3 cups flour<br \/>\n2 Tbs olive oil<br \/>\n1\/4 cup water<\/p>\n<p>Add yeast to 1\/4 cup of water.<br \/>\nMix water, honey, salt and sugar.<br \/>\nAdd yeast to mixture.<br \/>\nAdd 1 cup of flour and olive oil<br \/>\nMix.<br \/>\nAdd rest of flour: knead for 1 minute.<br \/>\nRest 45 minutes in warm spot.<br \/>\nPunch down.<br \/>\nRest 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Freezes well (add a bit of olive oil to ziploc bag). Makes two pretty good size pizzas.<\/p>\n<p><em>As I said, I got this one off the internet and basically taught myself the intricacies of dough by trial and error. Actually I still rarely have it turn out the same way twice in a row, but it is very forgiving: that&#8217;s why I like the recipe.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> NB Spring 2020 \u2014 I&#8217;ve moved on. I rarely use this recipe any more. These days if I am working ahead I use my <a href=\"https:\/\/macblaze.ca\/?p=13959\">NYC style dough<\/a> recipe and make a few batches to sit in the fridge, or if I am making pizza that evening I will stick with <a href=\"https:\/\/macblaze.ca\/?p=14085\">Ricardo&#8217;s recipe<\/a>. <\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I stole this from the internet.
