Tim is a scruffy rabbit
\nwho nibbles on the ratty lawn.
\nAnd he’s got special, special friend
\nby the sunny name of Dawn.<\/p>\n
And Dawn’s got another friend,
\na clever grey squirrel named Anne.
\nFrom high atop the biggest tree,
\nshe’s Dawn’s second biggest fan.<\/p>\n
And far, far, far overhead,
\nflies a daffy mallard named Alexander.
\nHe’ll often say nice things about Dawn
\nbut it’s usually a back-hander.<\/p>\n
And as she’s just a tiny fawn,
\nDawn is generally quite shy.
\nSooo quiet, and timid, and wary,
\nthat brash Tim will often sigh:<\/p>\n
Come out, come out from that shrub!
\nIt’s time for us to play!
\nLet’s romp though the grassy fields
\nbecause it’s your special, special day.<\/p>\n
And sometimes on those special days,
\nshyly, slyly smiling, out she’ll come.
\nAnd Anne and Tim and Alex and Dawn,
\nthrough the world they’ll run.<\/p>\n
But sometime she won’t,
\nand that’s also okay,
\nbecause they all know
\nthere’ll always be another day.<\/p>\n
