The world is a wonderful place
\nthe animal and plants so free
\nBut man has no god-given right
\nto destroy all that it can see<\/p>\n
Of his own existence he cares not
\nand only in death can he see
\nwhat a terrifying mess of
\nwhat he does to the world can be<\/p>\n
As if his pain and tribulations
\nare not enough penance to pay
\nHe plods along destroying
\nand for forgiveness, to god he prays<\/p>\n
Why is his life so pitiful
\nWhat is his reason for pain
\nMan never wanted good fortune
\nand on this world’s peace there is a stain<\/p>\n
He has never contributed to good
\nbut has taken all that he can
\nFrom something god has created
\nWe are left with a blight called Man<\/p>\n
To rid the world of its horror
\nto bring back peace and good will
\nWhat has to be done to hope
\nthat someday death will have its fill.<\/p>\n
And then maybe a new life
\nWith peace and tranquility for all
\nwill emerge in our now shattered creation
\nAnd man can stand proud & tall<\/p>\n
So work at your love and compassion
\nDiscard all the greed & the pain
\nCollect your thoughts about you
\nto make new that which is insane<\/p>\n
